Charter Oak Capital Management Expands Advisory Team

PORTSMOUTH, N.H., November 16, 2022 – Charter Oak Capital Management, a wealth management firm dedicated to bringing independent advice to New England’s top earners, is pleased to announce the addition of James Bossieux. MBA, CFP^®, CIMA^® as Financial Advisor. 

James joins Charter Oak with more than a decade of experience at Vanguard, one of the largest asset managers in the world. As the newest member of Charter Oak’s team, James looks forward to helping people achieve financial independence and confidence – one of his greatest passions.

James lives in Andover, MA with his wife, their three children and their golden retriever. He holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BA from North Carolina State University. James is active in his community, serving as head coach of several youth soccer teams, Treasurer of the Andover Soccer Association Board, and Finance Chair for Andover's South Church.
