Cindi Carbino

Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer

Cindi joined Charter Oak Capital Management in August 2024. As Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Cindi oversees the firm’s finance and accounting, human resources, facilities, and information technology functions. As a member of the firm’s leadership team, she ensures that these critical areas operate efficiently and are strategically aligned with the company’s objectives, while fostering a collaborative environment that enhances overall performance.

With extensive controllership experience in the financial sector, Cindi brings a proven track record of developing productive teams, driving continuous improvement, and delivering results at leading firms such as JP Morgan, Royal Bank of Scotland, and AIG. Cindi holds a B.S. in Accounting and is also an ICF-certified coach with expertise in leadership development and executive coaching to further enhance organizational effectiveness.

Originally from Connecticut, Cindi spent most of her career in the greater NYC region, with vacation time in Ogunquit, ME. She now resides in Portsmouth, NH and embraces life in the Seacoast area.

Sue Ross-Wentworth

Technology Manager

Sue has overseen Charter Oak Capital Management's various software systems since October 2001. She works with all members of the Charter Oak Team to ensure that COCM's financial advisors have the most accurate and pertinent information to create the best experience possible for our clients.

Cathy Towle

Client Service Director

Cathy joined Charter Oak Capital Management in July 2010. Cathy previously worked in banking management and served as a commercial account development manager with Ford Motor Credit Company.

As Client Service Manager, Cathy works closely with the service team. She is responsible for handling all necessary documentation to establish new client relationships, providing service to existing clients and supporting the firm’s advisors.

Cathy is a former board member of the Dover Soccer Association and enjoys watching her children in their many school sporting events. She lives in Dover, NH with her husband, Jon, their children, Joe and Lindsay, and their beloved rescue dog, Bama.

Marny Swindell

Client Service Lead

Marny joined Charter Oak Capital Management in the Spring of 2011, bringing experience in client service administration at regional banks, independent brokers and investment advisory firms.

As a Senior Client Service Manager, Marny is responsible for handling client service related matters, providing service to new and existing clients and supporting the firm’s advisors. Widely known for her dedicated and sincere approach to helping clients, Marny is an excellent resource to the firm and for any client looking for help.

Taylor Auty

Client Service Assistant

Taylor joined Charter Oak as an Administrative Associate in November of 2020. She previously spent seven years working in hotel sales and operations, where she was known for elevating guest experience with thoughtful details and exceptionally warm customer service.  She is a New England native who returned to the seacoast area of New Hampshire after attending college in San Francisco, California. In her free time she enjoys reading contemporary fiction, baking elaborate pies, and hunting for vinyl records and vintage furniture. She lives in Stratham, NH with her cats Rabbit and Possum.

Chase Rosa

Senior Client Service Associate

Chase Rosa joined Charter Oak Capital Management as a Client Service Associate in April 2025. He was drawn to Charter Oak for the firm’s comprehensive approach to wealth management and commitment to independence. He assists the firm’s advisors in establishing new client relationships and providing excellent service to existing clients. Known for his positive can-do attitude, Chase is a valued resource at the firm and is committed to meeting all client service needs.

Before joining Charter Oak, Chase worked in client services at a wealth management firm outside of Boston. Before his career in wealth management, he worked as an analyst in private equity in Boston.

Chase graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and was the men’s varsity tennis team captain. He still loves getting out on the tennis court and enjoys anything to do with the outdoors. Chase lives in Amesbury, MA, with his partner, Holly, and rambunctious cat, Nova.

What would people be surprised to know about you?
Chase founded and hosted the Driving Force Podcast for about three years. He loves listening to podcasts, talking with interesting and successful people, and having an entrepreneurial spirit. These three things led him to start a podcast of his own, which is still available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.  

What is your involvement in with the community or favorite non-profit?
Chase is a founding member of The Conversation, a men’s group based in the Seacoast area of Maine and New Hampshire. The group offers a space to share experiences, explore life’s journey, and build meaningful relationships.

What is your retirement dream?
Chase’s retirement dream is to live in a warm-climate home by the water and spend as much time as possible with loved ones.

Renee Hickey

Senior Client Service Associate

Renee Hickey joined Charter Oak Capital Management in 2025 as a Senior Client Service Associate. In this role, she supports the firm’s advisors in handling all necessary documentation to establish new client relationships and provide exemplary service to existing clients. Renee values striving for excellence in every client interaction.

Renee graduated from Roberts Wesleyan University in Rochester, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She started her financial career at Fidelity Investments and later worked at Citizens Securities Inc., which involved assisting clients and advisors with service needs.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Renee enjoys going to the beach in the summer, driving to the mountains to go hiking or skiing, and spending time with her friends and family.

If you weren’t in this profession, what else would you be doing?
If Renee were not in the financial industry, she would likely be a school psychologist. She is passionate about children and their families, especially during extenuating circumstances.  

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
Some of the best qualities Renee brings to the job are her eye for detail, strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and ability to multitask while maintaining organization.

What is your retirement dream?
Renee’s retirement dream is to live in a beach house on the Maine coast and do what she loves the most: spending time with family and friends.

Morgan Taylor

Accounting and Operations Associate

Morgan Taylor joined Charter Oak Capital Management as an Accounting & Operations Associate in 2025. In her role, she oversees payroll, accounts payable, quarterly billing, and general ledger accounting. Additionally, Morgan assists with operational tasks for human resources, finance, technology, and facilities. Her problem-solving nature and meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team. Known for her team player attitude and can-do spirit, Morgan is always ready to tackle new challenges and support her colleagues.

With a diverse background in accounting and office management, Morgan brings a wealth of experience to Charter Oak. She has held various roles that have honed her skills and expertise, allowing her to excel at Charter Oak.

Originally from southern Maine, Morgan enjoys a vibrant personal life. She is an avid fan of English soccer and loves attending trivia nights with friends. Family is incredibly important to her; she cherishes spending time with her many nieces and nephews. 

If you weren’t in this profession, what else would you be doing?
Her passion for planning and organizing extends well beyond her professional life. She would love to be a travel planner and help others create unforgettable experiences and adventures. Family and friends can always rely on her for a detailed spreadsheet and itinerary for any trip and occasion.  

What is your retirement dream?
Morgan’s retirement dream is to explore as many national parks as possible with her husband. She envisions a future filled with adventure, discovery, and the joy of experiencing the unbelievable natural beauty of the world.
