We are located at One Monument Square, Portland, Maine. Coming from 295, take exit 7 to Franklin Street. Continue straight on Franklin Street through three sets of lights; the fourth set will be Congress Street. Stay in the right lane and turn right onto Congress. One Monument Square will be one of two adjoining buildings three blocks down on the left, just past Temple Street. Take Monument Way just past One Monument to One City Center Garage, which will be directly ahead. Please bring your ticket up to our receptionist and she will validate it for you.

FROM THE NORTH AND SOUTH, MAINE TURNPIKE/I-95: 

From the Maine Turnpike/I-95, take Exit 25. Pass through the toll booth area, proceed to the light and take a left onto Route 35. Drive approximately 1.2 miles on Route 35 (past Kennebunk High School on the left) and proceed halfway around small rotary to Fletcher Street (Route 35). Drive to Route One (about .5 miles) and turn left onto Portland Road (Route 1 North). 62 Portland Road (Post Road Center) is on the left opposite the Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles, before the Hannaford Plaza. Once in the office park, take the second left and follow the road to the end to the last parking lot. We are in Suite 37. You will see our sign on the building. 

FROM THE NORTH, ROUTE 1: 

From Saco/Biddeford area, take Route 1 South to Kennebunk until you see the new Stop and Shop Plaza on your left. 62 Portland Road (Post Road Center) is on the right after the shopping plaza, opposite the Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Once in the office park, take the second left and follow the road to the end to the last parking lot. We are in Suite 37. You will see our sign on the building. 

FROM THE SOUTH, ROUTE 1: 

From New Hampshire and Southern York County, take Route 1 North to Kennebunk. 62 Portland Road (Post Road Center) will be on the left opposite the Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles, before the Hannaford Plaza. FROM THE SOUTH: 

Take I-95 North to Exit 4 – Route 16 North, Spaulding Turnpike. From the Spaulding Turnpike, take Exit 1- Gosling Road. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left. Go straight into the Pease International Tradeport on Pease Boulevard. At the first intersection, turn left onto International Drive. You will see the sign for Two International Drive on the corner in front of the large white building with a green roof. Take the first right into the parking lot, and turn right immediately for available parking near the fountain. Enter the building through the main entrance. Once inside, go straight beneath the television screen and continue down the hallway until you see the elevators on your left. Take the elevator to the third floor, exit to your right and Suite 325 is the first office on the right. 

FROM THE NORTH: 

Take Route 16 South, Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 1 – Gosling Road. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right. Go straight into the Pease International Tradeport on Pease Boulevard. FROM ROUTE 33 (PORTSMOUTH): 

Enter the Tradeport on Grafton Road (near the runway). Turn left at the stop sign onto New Hampshire Avenue. Follow New Hampshire Avenue for about one mile. At the intersection, turn right onto Pease Boulevard. Two International Drive is the second large building on the right and has a green roof. Continue to the intersection and turn right onto International Drive. Take the first right into the parking lot, and turn right immediately for available parking near the fountain. FROM MANCHESTER AIRPORT: 

Go west on Airport Road towards the Rental Car Return. Turn right onto Brown Avenue/ Route 3A. Take I-293 South toward Concord. From I-293, take I-93 North, Route 101 East toward Concord/Portsmouth. From I-93 North, Route 101 East, take Exit 7 – Route 101 East toward Portsmouth/Seacoast. From Route 101 East take the exit for I-95 North. From I-95 North take Exit 4 – Route 16, Spaulding Turnpike.
